Wear Comfortable Clothing

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.  Something you might wear to a gym is a good reference.  The key is to not wear clothing that is too bulky.  For example, a long flowing dress would not work well.

T-shirts, Jeans, and other casual wear is acceptable.

Yoga Team

Try A Safe Warm Up

Try a safe warm up .  You need to prepare your body to move.  Try some active stretches and prepare like you would before exercise.  If you would like some suggestions, there is a video below to help.

Select The Right Program

Select the program that you would like to complete.  Based on your interest some programs  may be more stressful than others and may take longer to complete.  The programs are listed below.

Practice

Practice each movement.  Each movement will have an example demonstration, key goals for each movement and audio explanation and prompting on when to start the movement.  You will complete each movement once.  After you are done the system will automatically move on to the next movement.
