Your patient, Pat, has recently had a total joint knee surgery. As he progresses through his rehabilitation program you have been able to collect DARI screens at critical time points where you want information to help improve your clinical decisions regarding his medical necessity for continual therapy.

Notice above, on his second DARI scan you noted that he showed low knee flexion on that affected leg (35 degrees) which makes his restricted mobility more vulnerable for his knee. Your focus and priority is to keep him in therapy and work to improve his knee mobility which will positively impact his activities of daily living.
