Section 1: Understand Your Overall Motion Health Metric

Section 2: Determine What Needs To Be Adjusted
​Work through your report and see what areas you could improve to benefit your motion health.
You have achieved a satisfactory status. You have appropriate movement capability that might need only small adjustments. Your goal is to move to up to optimal.
Sample Report
This review is intended to support the Readiness program. The report is designed to help improve your awareness of your motion health status.​​
Your performance is higher than your function which indicates a need to improve specific joint range of motion to increase your motion health. To address this, focus on full range of motion. (ie - shoulder reach or knee flexion). Your goal is to address your lack of range of motion and work to find a healthy range.

When Should I Test Again?
Most exercise programs can see notable changes in as little as 4 weeks. Depending you how well you complete your program regularly DARI would suggest a retest every 4-8 weeks.
Where Are My Exercises?
On your report at the bottom half are a list of your top 3 focus and priorities. Next to the title is an "Exercises" button, which will guide to a specific set of exercises to improve your motion health status.
Is It Possible To Improve?
Your motion health is constantly changing. You can improve or reduce function fairly easily. By performing your exercise program regularly it can increase your rate of improvement!
Increased performance can put more stress on your muscle to maintain movement. In your program you will work to reduce tightness!

Your program will have a focus on strength. Follow your exercise programs accordingly, Improved motion health has a focus with foundational and strength exercises.
